General Report <p><strong>Members Present:</strong>&nbsp;5</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Zoom</p> <p>Opened the meeting with a moment of silence followed by the Serenity Prayer. The 4th Concept was&nbsp;read.</p> <p><strong>General Report</strong></p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp;- On the&nbsp;development site, we have completed creating the forms for the ACS Reports and the GSR Reports using&nbsp;the newly purchased software tools Formidable Forms.
